it boggles the mind, it does...
what seemed so vivid, technicolour, loud and in-your-face slowly filters and fades into shades of sepia, into greyscale, then a wisp and eventually nothingness...
the nothingness is not a void, a vacuum though... it's a nothingness with the faintest hint of the sights, sounds and smells - but not quite a wisp...
trying to commit the present to words in order to avoid the nothingification of the moment is naught but making a mockery of what the present is... i'd rather have the tangible nothingness than a have garish cheapened memory forced upon me...
and wow... it's been a while since "i" and "me" have been used in such a personal context in my blogging...
